01
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Baron Creative handles information associated with the Baron Creative website, including AlexOS, Baron Engineering, Baron Studio, AI Academy, the Journal, contact pathways, and future public prototypes.
This Policy applies to information handled through the public website. A separate written agreement may govern information connected to a paid service, studio session, engineering project, educational engagement, private deployment, or other client relationship.
If a separate signed agreement provides stronger or more specific privacy terms for a project, that agreement controls for that project.
02
Information You Choose to Provide
You may provide information when you email Baron Creative, request a conversation, inquire about a studio session, describe a project, report a concern, or otherwise communicate directly.
That information may include your name, email address, organization, project description, preferred dates, location, files, creative material, technical requirements, and any other information you voluntarily include.
Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for the conversation or service you are requesting.
03
Technical Information
Website hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information when you access the site.
This information may include an Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, requested route, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security or performance logs.
Technical information may be used to deliver the website, maintain availability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, protect infrastructure, and understand basic site performance.
04
How Information Is Used
Baron Creative may use information to respond to inquiries, understand a proposed project, provide requested services, coordinate scheduling, prepare agreements, deliver work, maintain records, improve the website, and protect the security or integrity of the institution.
Information may also be used to comply with legal obligations, enforce applicable terms, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or protect the rights and safety of Baron Creative and others.
Baron Creative does not claim an unrestricted right to use submitted information for unrelated purposes.
05
AlexOS Workshop Information
The current Workshop presentation is an orientation and evidence interface. Before a live model connection accepts user questions, this Policy will be updated to identify the model provider, hosting arrangement, retention behavior, safety processing, and whether conversations are stored.
Do not enter confidential, regulated, privileged, security-sensitive, or personally identifying information into an early public Workshop.
A public Workshop conversation should not be treated as a private client communication, protected educational record, medical record, legal communication, or secure repository.
If future Workshop material may become a Panel Session, Journal entry, Understanding Object, evaluation example, or public artifact, that use must be disclosed clearly and should require an appropriate permission or deliberate user action.
06
Model Training and Secondary Use
Baron Creative does not obtain ownership of your submitted material merely because you send it through the website or a future Workshop.
Baron Creative will not intentionally use private submitted content to train a proprietary model unless that use is disclosed separately and you provide the permission required for that specific purpose.
Third-party model providers may process submitted material according to their own service terms and data controls. Any live model integration should identify those providers before information is submitted.
Baron Creative will not quietly expand its rights to use previously submitted private material for unrelated advertising, model training, publication, or commercial purposes.
07
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Hosting infrastructure or essential website features may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when technically necessary to deliver, secure, or operate the site.
Baron Creative does not currently intend to use the public site for targeted advertising or to sell personal information obtained through ordinary website use.
If optional analytics, personalization, advertising, session memory, or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those technologies are activated.
08
Service Providers
Baron Creative may rely on service providers for website hosting, domain services, email, communications, security, storage, scheduling, payments, media delivery, analytics, or future artificial intelligence functions.
Providers may process information only as needed to perform their services or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy policies.
Before a provider receives Workshop content, uploaded files, payment information, or persistent user data, the relevant integration and its role should be disclosed clearly.
09
Disclosure of Information
Baron Creative may disclose information to service providers that support the requested interaction or operation of the website.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, protect security, or defend the rights and safety of Baron Creative or others.
Baron Creative does not sell ordinary inquiry content or private creative material as a data-broker product.
10
Retention and Deletion
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on whether the information concerns a general inquiry, active project, financial record, contract, security log, or future Workshop session.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary should be deleted, deidentified, or securely archived as appropriate.
11
Security
Baron Creative intends to use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information being handled.
No website, email system, hosting provider, model provider, or storage environment can guarantee absolute security.
You can reduce risk by avoiding sensitive submissions, using secure communication methods when agreed upon, protecting your own accounts, and keeping appropriate copies of important material.
12
Children and Schools
The current public website and Workshop are not directed to children under 13 and are not being launched as a school product.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the public website.
Any future school-facing product will require a separate review of parental consent, school authorization, educational records, age-appropriate design, retention, safety, vendor obligations, and applicable children’s privacy requirements before launch.
13
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact Baron Creative to ask what information you previously submitted, request a correction, withdraw from a conversation, or request deletion where reasonably possible and legally permitted.
Baron Creative may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required for legal, financial, contractual, security, or dispute-related purposes.
Privacy rights may vary by jurisdiction. Baron Creative will evaluate applicable requests according to the law that governs the specific information and relationship.
14
Changes to This Policy
This Policy may change as the website, services, providers, or legal responsibilities change.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting previously submitted private information should not be applied secretly or used to manufacture consent that was never given.
